Founded by artist, jeweller and artisan Iain Baird in 2004, Bezel & Burnish is a Glasgow based jewellery design and manufacturing company which offers a number of unique and original hand finished collections as well as bespoke and commission pieces.

The bulk of the jewellery is made from Iain’s preferred precious metal, silver, with its facets and edges lending movement to his work. Iain does however appreciate working with all metals.

Many of his pieces incorporate repeating patterns which require a certain focus and rhythm to manufacture. The act of making them entails precise repetition and can be almost meditational.
